"In an effort to help human trafficking victims, Georgia Gov. Brian Kemp is pushing two changes to state law. During a press conference Monday, Kemp said he would back a bill that makes it easier for victims to change their names. Another bill would allow victims or state officials to file civil lawsuits to ask for money damages against traffickers."
